While baby was napping I made this little hat and then when big brother got home from preschool I pretended that the cat in the hat had been at our house and forgot his hat. Was great fun to see his face and watch him retell to his papa all about it.

so cute! my mom got "thing one and thing two" tshirts for my boys--never would have gotten something like that one my own, but now I am embarrasingly pleased when they wear them.
One of my "dream etsy stores" (for when I leave school/jobs and have 6 extra hours in the day) is for a wide selection of handmade children's-book-inspired dress up clothes and props....
