...because if they didn't, there would be no opportunity to drape them in flashy fabric! I've been up to some serious bib making these days. These are from the same pattern I always use, the one in Bend the Rules sewing. This is a sampling, in total I made 18 in a sort of self-imposed sweatshop type experience. But, it was worth it. Most of these will go in pairs to many families-in-wait but a half dozen went to my lovely barter-mate, marzipan. Along with some deodorant, face wash and other handmade self-cleaning essentials. Enjoy friend! The barter lives on!

oh, they are so wonderful, those simple lovely bibs. can't believe so many of them are at my house. if I have another baby it will be all your fault, M.--motivated purely by the wish to keep some of them around.
